Ramen Soup

1–2 servings

Ingredients:

Harðfisk Furikake

Sea Garden Spice Blend

Dashi (see our Dashi recipe page for full instructions)

Noodles

Eggs (ramen eggs, if you have time beforehand to marinate)

Vegetables

Fresh mushrooms

Miso

Bamboo shoots

1 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Kombu soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare dashi.

  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the broth by blending together miso, dashi, and sesame oil.

  4. Blanch the vegetables and sautée mushrooms in kombu soy sauce.

  5. Nest noodles in your favourite ceramic bowl, pour over broth, add egg and toppings.

  6. Sprinkle Harðfisk Furikake or Sea Garden Spice Blend for to season with more texture and flavours.
