Cauliflower Soup
3–4 servings
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
500 ml cream
500 ml dashi — see our Dashi recipe for full instructions
Sea Garden Blend
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tsp nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Chop the cauliflower into pieces.
Pour the cream and dashi into a pot and set over medium heat.
Add the cauliflower and onion powder to the pot.
Cook until the cauliflower is soft.
Stir in the nutritional yeast.
Blend the soup until you reach your desired smoothness.
Season with Sea Garden Blend, salt and pepper to taste.
