Savory Pancake
3–4 servings
Ingredients:
300 g flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
5 dl milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) together in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a pancake pan, then set aside to cool slightly.
Add 3 dl of the milk to the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the batter.
Gradually add the remaining milk and the melted butter, mixing well.
Stir in the Sea Garden Spice Blend to finish the mixture.
